50-minute sessions focused on emotional wellbeing, unconscious beliefs, behavioral patterns, needs, and relationship concerns ($160)
75-minute sessions exploring relationship conflict, intimacy, attachment longings, communication, and repetitive cycles ($200)
Reduced Fee Couples Counseling ($100)
Available for couples who give consent for their sessions to be recorded and reviewed periodically by Dr. Still’s trusted colleagues and/or supervisors as she pursues certification in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
Men’s Orientation to Couples Counseling
Designed for men who are new to therapy, this orientation provides context for couples counseling. It allows men to ask questions about what to expect, normalizes their concerns about their role and identity in counseling, and provides a non-judgmental space for them to identify their own hopes and goals for their relationship.
Short-term groups that are a combination of support, psychoeducation, experiential processing, and goal-setting. Participants are committed to confidentiality, active participation, respect for others, and personal accountability.
